Do you accept insurance?
Yes. For individuals dealing with PTSD, Anxiety, Depression as part of a comprehensive program, we do accept neurofeedback insurance for affordable neurofeedback options. For all others, we accept HSA accounts, all credit cards, cash, and checks for neurofeedback treatment.
Is Neurofeedback affordable?
Anywhere else, the answer would be a resounding no. We pride ourselves on offering affordable neurofeedback treatment for roughly 25% - 50% of what other clinics charge. That is why people have temporarily moved here from as far away as Turkey to receive neurofeedback treatment, as it actually saved them money. Additionally, many have found that neurofeedback insurance can help cover some of these costs.
Do you have a family plan?
We do offer affordable neurofeedback options. For every two family members who pay for neurofeedback treatment, one family member receives treatment for free. That's our 3 for 2 deal, making neurofeedback insurance more accessible for families.
How long have you been providing neurofeedback services?
This May, we will proudly celebrate our 12th year anniversary. Our dedicated staff has been with us since the beginning. Since May of 2014, we have provided affordable neurofeedback services to individuals from 29 states and 3 continents. In this journey, we have conducted over 12,000 brain maps and 65,000 neurofeedback sessions, often working with clients to navigate their neurofeedback insurance options for effective neurofeedback treatment.
Are you Board Certified?
We are certified by the developer of our neurofeedback system, BrainCore Systems, and Dr. Richard Souter. To become board certified in affordable neurofeedback, you must pass Dr. Souter's redacted course before sitting for the exam. Additionally, we provide information on neurofeedback insurance to help you access effective neurofeedback treatment.

This system is the most sophisticated mini-Q system in the world, and we are proud to offer affordable neurofeedback options.
